AFS (Amana Family Suraksha)
(Age between 18-45 years)


1. Members joining this scheme do not need a medical fitness certificate. They will be eligible for benefits only after 6 to 8 months from the date of application. The benefits of the scheme will start only after a minimum of 500 people are enrolled.
2. The Amana Family Suraksha Scheme has been prepared to ensure financial benefits of not less than Rs. 10 lakhs per nominee as part of the social security of the families of the people in the country and the expatriates.
3. Each member has to pay a certain amount as Fraternity Benefit in every death case.
4. If a member becomes permanently disabled and is physically unable to work for life, the member can apply for Permanent Disability
Benefit – The final decision regarding eligibility for disability will be taken by the ABS Medical Committee.
5. A maximum of 5 disability benefits will be settled in a year.
6. Anyone between the ages of 18 and 60 can become a member of this scheme.
7. In case of death due to any reason within the stipulated period (6 months), the scheme entry fee (8750/12250/15250) will be refunded in the name of the nominee.
8. All the three categories (Age 18-60) will be considered as one scheme.
9. The amount of Fraternity Benefit will vary according to the increase or decrease in the membership of the scheme members.
10. The membership renewal fee for everyone between the ages of 18 and 60 is fixed at Rs. 1000/ per year.
11. The application should be sent through the Amana Best Laid Society office along with the supporting documents. The amount will be paid as 100% of the then Fraternity Benefit.
12. If the death certificate is not produced within 30 days, the nominee should inform the Amana Best Laid Society authorities along with the application.
13. In case of any situation where the applicant and the nominees die at the same time, the ABS authorities will have the right to legally select the eligible nominee.
14. Those who die due to suicide, drugs, alcohol, digital addiction, natural disasters etc. will not get any benefits of the scheme.
15. Members who have joined the scheme should keep a copy of the ABS membership, receipt watcher, certificate and legal provisions. The certificate must be produced when contacting for benefits.
16. Those who do not pay the Fraternity Benefit for 2 months and those who do not renew will lose their membership..
17. The admission fee will be refunded in full after a period of 5 years.
